• The purchased session is valid for 3 months.

• Non-refundable - but is transferable.

• Once the session is booked, any changes to the date/time must be made 3 days before the confirmed session. Only one change is allowed.

• Mode: Online via Zoom/Skype.

• If the session is cancelled or cannot be conducted by Stella, a new date will be confirmed ASAP. A refund is only given if Stella permanently cancels the session.

• Stella will record your session and email you the recorded session for your reference.
